Lynette Pratt, founder of OWN REAL ESTATE, has been deeply rooted in real estate since 1992. Her journey began with a deep enthusiasm for property and a love for her community. In 2006, she joined Seeff as an Independent Owner, building a flourishing business with a reputation for trust and accountability. Her natural leadership and understanding of the local market have made her a respected figure in Overberg real estate for more than 30 years.

In 2017, she expanded the business to include the Struisbaai and Agulhas areas, bringing with her an unwavering commitment to excellence and a deep appreciation for the unique lifestyle the Overberg offers.

Elaine Beyers, a vital part of the team since 2005, is known for her exceptional administrative and contractual expertise. Her behind-the-scenes precision ensures that every deal is handled smoothly, professionally, and with care — making her an indispensable part of every successful transaction.

• Annelize Burger - I was born in Cape Town, where I completed my schooling. Since 1997, I have built my career as a businesswoman, learning valuable lessons and skills from my mother. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience working with clients from all walks of life — including farmers — and have established expertise in both property sales and rentals.

• Cherené van der Walt - I am known for my warm personality, sharp instincts, and infectious enthusiasm. A proud mom of two and owner of a beloved local doggy parlour, I bring heart, humour, and a personal touch to everything I do. Whether I’m helping clients find their ideal home or pampering furry friends, I’m all about connection, care, and community.
